5-Page Business Website Package

Yes indeed! Each monthly website package includes the option to add a new domain for your website. If you already have an existing website domain or existing website, you can use your current domain. Most website domains are included in the price of the package. However, there are some special domain extensions that do require a small additional charge. 

Website domains are registered to Nfuxion Design Solutions, but they are not OWNED by Nfuxion Design Solutions. You, the client, own sole rights to the domain and Nfuxion will never hold your website hostage. For each of our monthly website packages, it is required that the domain be registered to Nfuxion Design Solutions for the term of no less than 1 year from the date the domain was purchased on the client’s behalf.

Of course, we would love for you to stay with Nfuxion for years to come, thus your website domain, hosting, and all pertinent information for your website will be monitored, facilitated, and hosted by Nfuxion Design Solutions. However, we understand that over time, things can change, and you may want to continue your website services elsewhere. After one year from the registration date of the domain, you may opt to transfer the domain to a different desired registrant. Nfuxion does NOT charge to release a domain to a customer as it is already owned by the customer. However, there may be a small transfer charge, typically no more than $25.00, depending on the registrant where the domain is being transferred to.

Our 3-Page Startup Website Package includes up to 8 hours per month (2 hours per week) in website maintenance. Website maintenance consists of the following:

• Updates to text content
• Updates to any events and calendars
• Updates to add or remove existing photos, music files, or documents to the website
• Updates to contact forms
• Updates to links and social media links

3-Page Startup Websites serve as a good solution for professional individuals, startups, and small businesses that want to a professional web presence, and are just getting their feet wet in the online world. 

Absolutely! The website’s hosting is built into the monthly costs of the package. No need to pay one, huge lump sum to renew your hosting at the end of the year. As long as you maintain your website with Nfuxion, you’ll see that the hosting remains consistent and seamless. 

Each monthly package is different and requires a specific number of resources for each website to run optimally. Smaller websites such as a 1-page landing page do not require as much resources as a larger 3, 5, or 10-page website would require. 

Your automatic monthly charge takes care of the following:

• Website’s domain registration
• Premium website hosting
• Bi-weekly server backups of the website
• SSL certificate (mandatory for Google)
• Malware and downtime monitoring
• Content updates and maintenance

Every monthly website package has its own deposit amount depending on the number of pages, features, and functionality of the website. 

The deposit initiates the production of the website in which we purchase all necessary hosting services, domains, and website plugins (functionality features) so that we provide a premium-quality web experience for each customer. 

Deposits are required to be paid in full before beginning a website project, and once the deposit is made, there are no refunds. Production is usually initiated within 24 hours from the time your deposit payment has cleared. 

Terms for agreement termination may be found in the electronic agreement that is to be reviewed before the deposit amount is remitted.

And throughout the years—yes—we have missed the mark a few times, but only to correct and rectify those mistakes. This ensures that our client’s are happy with the services we provide, along with keeping the lines of communication clear and open throughout the design process AND after the website’s launch.

Once a deposit payment has been received and clear, there are no refunds provided and the sale is considered to be final. Before we begin production on any website project, Nfuxion sends each customer an electronic agreement to sign via E-Signature. All terms and stipulations are provided in the agreement before the payment is received so that you have full disclosure and a thorough understanding of the terms. 

Customers that purchase Monthly Website Packages are required to provide a valid debit/credit card to keep on file AFTER the initial deposit payment has been cleared. Nfuxion’s staff will contact you directly by phone to retrieve this payment information. 

For Monthly Website Packages, you are required to make on-time payments for 12 months at the minimum. However, since 1-page Landing Page websites are meant to be a temporary solution while looking to build a full website, the deposit amount for a 1-Page Landing Page Monthly Package can be applied to any full website package, and you simply be responsible for paying the deposit’s remaining balance for the new monthly package that you choose, along with the increase in monthly payments.

For example:

You purchase a 1-Page Landing Page Monthly Package now with a starting deposit payment of $395.00 due upfront with an automatic monthly payment of $35.00 that’s automatically deducted from a debit/credit card on file. You are compiling information, content, photos, setting your budget, etc. to build your full website and this takes you 5 months.

When you are ready to purchase a full website package, you decide to switch to a 5-page Monthly Website Package where the deposit amount is $1,295.00 to start and $125.00 per month.

The $395.00 that you originally paid for the 1-Page Landing Page Website will now be applied to the DEPOSIT amount of $1,295.00 for the new 5-page monthly package, leaving you with a $900.00 deposit balance to remit before production begins on your new 5-page website.

Your monthly payment amount would then increase from the $35.00 that you were initially paying for the 1-page website, to $125.00 per month for the new 5-page website package.

Only 1 additional page may be added to the 3-page Startup Website Package for a maximum of 4 pages. This can be selected as an A la Carte option when customizing the package above. 

Any website package with a page count above 5 pages, you would need to purchase a 5-Page Website Package or larger.
