Design Services Contractor Agreement
This services agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of January 1, 2024 by and between Nfuxion Design Solutions and Antioch Christian Church of Irving, Texas
Antioch Christian Church desires to retain Nfuxion Design Solutions as an independent contractor to perform web design, graphic design, and print design services for Antioch Christian Church, and Nfuxion Design Solutions is willing to perform such services, on terms set forth more fully below. In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
Services
Nfuxion Design Solutions agrees to perform for Antioch Christian Church the following services during a per week duration:
Nfuxion will provide Antioch Christian Church web and promotional graphics for review and approval prior to release for production and/or presentation. Sign off is required before graphics are published.
